Our offices are located in Nuriootpa, Woodside, Clare, and Kadina, and we proudly support Carers, people with disability, children and young people, and individuals aged over 65.

About the Role 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• A compassionate and proactive approach to care 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct care, assistance, and support to clients. 

• Follow individualised care and support plans, including behaviour support strategies. 

• Assist adults and children living with disability, chronic health conditions, mental health challenges, dementia, the frail and aged to enjoy a respite break in a beautiful location. 

• Offer social and domestic support. 

• Provide transport services as required. 

• Accurately complete documentation and report concerns or incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements 

• NDIS Worker Screening Check 

• Working with Children Check 

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification 

• Manual Handling Certification 

• Infection Control and Safe Food Handling Certification 

• Safe Environments for Children and Young People ‘Through Their Eyes’ Certification 

• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field (highly desirable) 

• ABN
