Calling for expressions of Interest to the Board of Carers and Disability Link
Carers and Disability Link (CADL) focus on delivering compassionate and personalised care across regional South Australia. Our four offices are based in Nuriootpa, Woodside, Clare and Kadina. CADL support Carers, people with disability, children and young people and people aged over 65 years.
With decades of experience, CADL has built a reputation as one of the most trusted and respected community care providers in regional South Australia.
We are looking for passionate and committed community minded people who would like to contribute their skills, experience and perspective to the governance and future direction of CADL. The Board of CADL are currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals looking for a voluntary Board position opportunity who have skills and experience in any of the following competencies:
- Legal
- Finance
- Service specialist e.g., GP, Allied Health
- Equal Opportunity/Diversity i.e., genders/culture/ages
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Information Communication Technology
We welcome expressions of interest from people who bring relevant professional expertise, community knowledge, lived experience or a different perspective that can contribute to strong and inclusive governance.
Term: 2 years (with opportunity to renominate).
Time Commitment: monthly Board meetings + optional sub committee involvement.
Location: offices are located in Nuriootpa, Woodside, Kadina and Clare. Board members can attend meetings in person or online.
Board members must be a member of CADL. Membership application can be completed on the CADL website.
