Carers and Disability Link is excited to welcome a passionate Casual Support Worker to join our team across the Barossa, Lower North and Yorke Peninsula regions.

Our offices are located in Nuriootpa, Woodside, Clare, and Kadina, and we proudly support Carers, people with disability, children and young people, and individuals aged over 65.
About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A compassionate and proactive approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients in our established group programs
- Providing support in clients’ homes across both NDIS and Aged Care
- Transporting clients and helping them stay connected with their community
We are looking for individuals who are committed to helping clients reach their goals, build confidence, develop independence, and participate meaningfully in their community.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
- Relevant mandatory training, NDIS Screening and Working with Children Check
- Experience in NDIS or Aged Care
