Receptionist

Full time position 

Located in Clare

About the role

The Receptionist will be responsible for:
⦁ Providing reception and administrative support to all members of the Carers and Disability Link staff in order to facilitate high level of service provision to the CADL customer base
⦁ Supporting effective service delivery and day to day functioning of all programs of the organisation
⦁ Acting as the first point of contact with the public to provide a pleasant, courteous and highly professional service
⦁ Working proficiently in a fast paced environment , and collaboratively with all Carers and Disability Link staff
⦁ Ensure structures and procedures adhere to the requirements of Equal Opportunity, Occupational Health and Safety and Workers Compensation legislation.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

⦁ Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
⦁ Exceptional time management and customer service skills.
⦁ A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, – both written and verbal, particularly with clients, stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
⦁ Demonstrated ability for multi-tasking, accuracy and to learn quickly with excellent attention to detail.
⦁ Aptitude and experience in the use of a range of ICT systems and software.
⦁ Proficient with technology and experience with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Microsoft Office.
⦁ Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and problem solve.
⦁ Self-motivated and confident to work unsupervised as well as in a dynamic team environment

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Management Professional who will support our Quality, Risk Management and Compliance business practices.  You will provide expertise, and have active involvement in design, delivery and evaluation of the quality, risk, and compliance systems, as well as providing related procedural HR and Work Health and Safety (WHS) advice and support.

  • A commitment to continuous quality improvement and workforce development.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality improvement, risk management and compliance programs and activities, with generalist HR and WHS experience and knowledge.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Compliance, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, or other relevant disciplines is preferred.

Carer Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a Carer Support Worker, who is passionate about the rights, entitlements and recognition of Carers in the community, with the skills to provide Carers with both individual and peer group support, information, education and advocacy.   The role could include supporting Young Carers aged between 5-25 years,

This exciting opportunity is being offered as a 9 month contract until 30th June 2022 (SCHADS Industry Award Level 3) for a part-time role up to 45 hours per fortnight.  The role will be based at either CADL’s Clare or Kadina office, with the successful applicant working across the Lower North and Yorke Peninsula regions.   Qualifications in Community Services as well as an ability to meet the requirements of the Position Description will be highly regarded.
